Do I finally have a somewhat original idea for my blog?

It is a regular Sunday evening.
The panic of another week is about to set in, but I'm trying to ward it off with a classic jazz playlist, a verveine infusion and the idea of a blog.
A blog about these little things that comfort our self created anxieties, enrich our daily lives, add color and class to our personalities.
When one lives alone, they interact with inanimate things of their living surroundings a lot more - the pattern on the flower vase, the shape of the dining-table runner, the pleats on the bedcover, the books on the bed side, the art on the walls, the coffee on the kitchen shelf.
And I have worked in luxury long enough to realise that it is entirely about these little things. Aren't time, beauty and silence bigger luxuries than Tom Ford, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent?
I want this blog to be a meditative exercise in discovering these little luxuries of our daily life and the life philosophies they may withhold, with the occasional mention of a certain Tom Ford fragrance.
Through my journey so far and towards a finer life, I hope my readers can find ideas to cultivate theirs and find more joy in these small things.
Everyday a little luxury. And a complementary, memorable picture from my travels.

Have a promising Monday.
